Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• SAP experience required.
• 1+ year lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• General mechanical experience maintaining equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packing lists, bills of lading, and shipments are accurately entered.
• Manually load and unload trucks and freight cars as needed.
• Verify item weights on bills of lading and express tickets.
• Prepare daily shipping reports.
• Receive materials and enter receiving tickets into the computer.
• Operate barcode systems, scanners, printers, and label machines.
• Obtain and maintain certifications for overhead crane and forklift.
• Work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
