Job summary

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep materials and customer orders moving accurately and efficiently in our Franklin, WI facility. You'll handle packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, work with UPS/FedEx and other carriers, and collaborate with Operations and Production to meet delivery timelines.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong detail and organization, and willingness to learn; forklift

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information before shipment.
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products.
Match incoming shipments to packing slips and document discrepancies.
Move materials to proper warehouse locations and maintain inventory organization.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
Work closely with Operations and Production teams to support customer delivery timelines.
Process shipping documents and coordinate shipments through carriers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company quality procedures and warehouse best practices.
