Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records.
• Update system lead times, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Supply electronic components to manufacturing line.
• Assist in receiving goods into the warehouse.
• Prepare and package shipments according to specifications.
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer balances.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against Purchase Orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Follow the weekly shipping schedule and ensure on-time shipments.
• Coordinate with Production and Packaging to prepare parts for shipment.
• Process shipments through the ERP system and carrier websites.
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain traceable records.
• Monitor carrier pickups and communicate delays or issues.
• Cross-train across warehouse functions for flexibility.
