Responsibilities

• Receive and assist in opening packages.
• Review paperwork with samples and contact customer for discrepancies.
• Create work orders and assign sample numbers, enter info into logbook.
• Obtain estimates, emails, and test specs for jobs to include in packets.
• Label test samples and work order bins.
• Create sample bags and packets for distribution.
• Generate and prepare test reports.
• Create and maintain test report templates and logbook attributes.
• Assign test types for invoicing.
• Communicate with Sales for expedited testing fees, due dates, estimates, and contacts.
• Scan documents associated with job orders.
• Pull samples for retest/additional testing and update logs/reports.
• Organize spent samples and material, contact customers for disposition.
• Package and return material using customer shipping methods.
• Dispose of unwanted material in proper locations.
• Write purchase orders for sub-contracted work.
• Dispatch driver for daily pickups/drops.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
