Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Visually examine stock for proper labeling, packaging, quantity, condition and correctness.
• Use computer systems to access AESIPS, WEBFILS, SRDP, and COSIS.
• Check shelf-life on supplies and remediates packaging as needed.
• Repack supplies and input data into SRDP.
• Perform COSIS inventory on stored supplies.
• Package hazardous materials for shipment and manage shipping materials.
• Travel as required for certifications (Pack 1B, AMMO-62).
• Communicate with supervisor to rectify damages, shortages, or nonconformances.
• Order, store, and handle shipping materials to maintain stock.
• Prepare shipments with appropriate labeling, sealing, and handling.
• Deliver or route materials using equipment such as hand trucks or forklifts.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment and provide activity reports.
