Linamar Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support full-time operations in Howell, MI. The role involves loading/unloading with a hi-lo, verifying labels, completing shipping paperwork, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate receiving and inventory control.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Citrix XA, TAI Framework, IS400 Green Screen, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with Citrix XA, TAI Framework, and IS400 “Green Screen” Auto Release
• Knowledgeable in Lockout/Tagout procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive a hi-lo to load and unload trucks and perform inspections
• Inspect shipping containers to ensure correct labels and parts on bins
• Record production on finished goods and complete shipping and accounting paperwork
• Gather incoming MRO material and disposition it accordingly
• Enter direct material packing slips into XA or TAI framework against purchase orders
• Conduct direct material inventory and cycle counts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste
• Perform other duties as assigned
