Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years related experience in shipping/logistics.
• Knowledge of carriers, shipping methods and handling procedures.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Computer familiarity.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use various types of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing domestic shipments through UPS/FEDEX portals and manual BOL.
• Coordinate weekly consolidation shipments to distributors.
• Process outgoing international export shipments and prepare export paperwork.
• Unload inbound shipments, inspect quality, and stock inventory.
• Handle inbound freight claims for damage or shortages.
• Process incoming purchase orders and stock warehouse supplies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
