Job summary

USA – DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse operations in Oakley, Ohio. You will receive, package, label, and ship materials, load/unload trucks with a forklift, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, basic math, and accurate documentation including Bills of Lading. Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable candidate with ability to handle physical tasks.
• Experience operating forklift and basic material handling.
• Ability to perform simple math and read Bills of Lading in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Move empty and full containers using body, pallet jack, dolly, and/or forklift.
• Load and unload materials on incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging for shipment and correct weight balance.
• Operate drum filling machines and ensure proper fill requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at work station and throughout plant.
• Transfer liquids between containers using drum runners and dollies.
• Read Bills of Lading and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
