Job summary

You will act as the primary contact for order inquiries, reconcile inbound shipments, and prepare bills of lading and shipping orders. The position is full-time and includes a competitive benefits package, with forklift operation and data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Solid math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with forklift operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inbound shipments and verify quantities.
• Examine contents against manifests, invoices, or orders for accuracy.
• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Coordinate with carrier representatives for shipping and delivery as needed.
• Resolve issues such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance with suppliers.
• Unload and organize new receipts with a forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
