The role involves verifying and routing items, arranging pickups/deliveries, and ensuring accuracy in packing slips. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, can lift 50 lbs, communicates well, and uses shipping software efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Warehouse Specialist and Parts is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume warehouse.
• Detail oriented, time management, organization and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative and follow through.
• Proficient computer skills, and experience with tracking & shipping programs.
• A personal dedication to work safety and with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily shipments and maintains clear and accurate records.
• Physically unpack, examen and route incoming shipments.
• Reports shortages, rejects damaged items and process returns or credits.
• Accurately match orders with packing slips.
• Operate lift truck/hand trucks to move materials to designated areas.
• Operate stretch wrap bander and PB crimp tools.
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using company truck/van.
