Job summary

Hart Print USA Inc. in Illinois seeks a Shipping and Receiving Operator to ensure accurate receiving, handling, and shipping of goods with care and efficiency.

Reporting to the US Logistics Manager, you will stage orders, inspect inbound/outbound shipments, operate forklifts after certification, and help maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety and process standards on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations.
• Forklift experience (experience with different forklift models is a plus).
• Ability to follow SOPs accurately, maintain high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Organized, methodical, and eager to learn.
• At ease with technology and communication.

Responsibilities

• Stage outgoing orders accurately and efficiently according to instructions.
• Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (once certified).
• Verify package integrity, Hart Print and carrier documentation, and order accuracy prior to shipment and upon receipt.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and stock management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Follow established SOPs and warehouse processes consistently.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
