Sussex Wire is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Easton, PA. You will coordinate inbound raw materials, finished goods, tooling, and supplies, and manage outbound deliveries with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

This role requires accurate packing, documentation, and ERP data entry. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in shipping/receiving, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing-related shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn new processes independently.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts; in-house certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Visual or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of raw materials, finished goods, tooling, and supplies.
• Support the shipment of finished goods with accurate packing, labeling, and transactions in the work system.
• Provide precise counts, including very small parts.
• Schedule carrier pickups per customer orders and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with secondary processors.
• Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
• Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Enter data accurately into the ERP and verify receipt against purchase orders.
