Fortress Nutrition is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Warehouse team. You will ensure inbound materials and outbound shipments are received, documented, and shipped accurately while operating powered equipment.

The role requires experience in shipping/receiving, proficiency with MS Office, and strong attention to detail. Overtime may be needed to meet business needs in a food‑manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, and/or 3PL experience.
• 2+ years of operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up reach forklifts, electric pallet jacks).
• Experience preparing and processing shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, ASNs) and coordinating LTL/TL shipments.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel; able to learn warehouse systems.

Responsabilités

• Inspect inbound shipments and document required receiving information.
• Check in drivers and direct them to loading/unloading areas.
• Safely load/unload shipments using powered equipment.
• Process outbound shipments and prepare required shipping docs (BOLs, invoices, ASNs).
• Prepare and distribute daily shipment reports to stakeholders.
• Follow routing guides to meet shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and documentation.
