Job summary

BD is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Representative in Johnson City, TN to support daily warehouse operations, including palletizing, shipping/receiving, returns processing and order processing.

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements while maintaining an organized workspace, with responsibilities spanning receiving, packing, inventory control and data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years shipping or receiving experience in manufacturing or retail environment.
• Math, reasoning, and computer skills including Excel/Access; familiarity with call center software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, palletize outgoing shipments for accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.
• Load and unload packages using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Receives product deliveries and ensures paperwork associated with the product order is accurate.
• Inspect, process and document all returned products according to company guidelines.
• Properly inputs received products into the database systems as needed.
• Receiving medical supply/products from distributors and/or suppliers and arranging or placing in Warehouse per organizational and departmental needs
• Pick, Pack and prepare customer orders as directed by supervisor and per company polices; this may include packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage to customer medical supply orders for shipping while using work devices such as hand tools, scanners, and software tools.
