Job summary

OSI Group in Illinois seeks an entry-level, individually contributing logistics clerk to handle shipping/receiving documentation and data entry. You will prepare bills of lading, work orders, and shipping orders, and record shipment data in the system.

The role includes labeling outbound products, inspecting inbound deliveries, and answering inquiries with a service-focused mindset. Ideal candidates possess a High School Diploma and basic SAP and Microsoft Office skills; 0–1 year of related

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
0-1 year of related experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials and record shipment data in the computer system.
Prepare outbound product with seals and labels and stage for pickup using equipment.
Receive inbound deliveries, verify accuracy, and record receipts in the computer system.
Respond to customer inquiries, investigate shipping/inventory/cost issues, and escalate as needed.
Perform routine clerical tasks (filing, printing, copying, faxing) and maintain a clean work area.
Follow safety policies, GMPs, and company rules; perform other duties as assigned.
