Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Shipping Associate to handle warehouse orders, transport inventory, and maintain stock. A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and forklift certification are required; shipping/receiving experience is preferred. This is a full-time role.

The schedule is Mon–Thu 6a–4:30p with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour, and the position offers competitive benefits and opportunities within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• 6 months or more experience working in shipping or receiving (preferred).
• Forklift Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Operates a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory, unload and load trucks.
• Fills and transacts work orders, purchase orders, or sales orders.
• Performs quality checks on stock items to report defects or damage.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
