Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to handle and process warehouse pick orders, transport inventory, and maintain stock in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a powered industrial forklift, pull and stage orders, perform pre-shift inspections, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily distribution tasks. A High School Diploma and forklift certification are required; RF scanner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• 6 months or more experience working in shipping or receiving (preferred).
• Forklift Certification (required).
• RF scanner experience and basic warehouse tools knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate distribution functions.
• Operates a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory, unload and load trucks.
• Pulls and stages orders for auditing and shipping teams.
• Responsible for conducting pre shift forklift inspections and ensuring forklifts are operated safely and efficiently.
• Ensure damage product is reported and delivered to the proper department for rework.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
