Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate at the Omaha vaccine site. You will support shipping, receiving, labeling, and documentation while ensuring accurate records and safe handling of materials.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years in shipping/receiving. Expect a physically demanding role in a cold storage environment requiring forklift operation, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Two years shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer and office procedures knowledge (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Print, prepare labels and documentation for shipping, ensure label security.
• Verify carriers with lowest shipping cost and maintain records.
• Assist with packaging, loading, unloading and inventory in cooler.
• Coordinate with departments using forklifts and company truck as needed.
• Record shipment data and verify against packing lists and orders.
• Follow USDA rules and maintain safe, clean shipping areas.
