Job summary

Zoetis, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our site in Pennsylvania. The role entails receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of customer orders, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, inventory checks, and operating MHE in a fast-paced environment, including cold-chain tasks in refrigerated conditions. A high school diploma and 0–1 year warehousing experience are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus 0–1 year of work experience in general warehousing or manufacturing (including order assembly, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory maintenance, and picking/verification).

Responsibilities

• Timely, accurate picking of customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity.
• Prepare orders for shipment with proper packing and protective measures.
• Follow SOPs and standards of care to meet product and customer requirements.
• Participate in Safety Team and EHS programs.
• Conduct inventory counts as scheduled.
• Pick cold-chain orders in refrigerated environment (360F to 460F).
• Use systems supporting logistics (TMS, RCS, Voice tech, WMS).
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist teammates to balance workload.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) daily.
• Perform stock and module replenishments.
• Unloading sorter lanes and verify shipment mode for pallets.
