Job Overview

Ranew's Companies is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team in Allison, IA. This role involves overseeing and recording all shipping and receiving activities, organizing and transferring goods, monitoring packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packaging and shipping practices, updating inventory records, and collaborating with procurement to manage deliveries and paperwork.

Location: Allison, IA

Salary: $17 - $24 / hour (based on experience and shift)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Obtain product orders, receive deliveries, register and distribute packages within the company.

• Prepare shipping and receiving reports for management.
• Adhere to environmental management systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints.
• Handle merchandise placement, packaging, lifting, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
