Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for 1st shift in Walker, MI. The role involves loading, unloading, labeling materials, and handling inbound/outbound shipments domestically and internationally.

You will use ERP systems, barcode scanners, and power tools to prepare crates and packaging for machines and parts. Essential duties include cycle counting, inventory control, and maintaining safety and GMP standards while collaborating across

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred or required.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numbers and MRP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office is desirable.

Aufgaben

• ERP-driven daily workload management using CSI Workbench and handheld scanners.
• Receive, tag, and label incoming materials; ensure accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Load/unload materials from pallets, organize by hand or tools, ensure proper wrapping for transit.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, schedule pick-ups with carriers, and manage timely deliveries.
• Troubleshoot material movement issues, propose cost-saving, efficiency ideas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team on continuous improvement projects.
