We're seeking organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individuals who take pride in getting the details right. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, packing, labeling, documenting shipments, and coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with packing and inventory control is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills required.
• Basic math and ability to use shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and POs.
• Inspect incoming items for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare, pack, label, and document outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Maintain inventory records and update internal systems.
• Organize pallets and warehouse materials.
• Communicate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support timely order fulfillment.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
