SALARY: $16.88/Hr (NEGOTIABLE)
Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.
Shift Differential:
Monday-Thursday (6pm to 6am) + $1.00 per hour worked
Friday 4pm to Saturday 4am + $3.00 per hour worked
Saturday (4am to 4pm) + $2.00 per hour worked
Saturday (4pm to 4am) + $3.00 per hour worked
Sunday 4am to Monday 6am + $2.00 per hour worked
Position Summary
Responsible for Shipping/Receiving, verifying orders, monitoring productivity, maintenance, entering incoming shipments, distributing items, organizing and maintaining accurate files and records for all areas of Oneida Gaming Division. Incoming shipments may include supplies, materials, machines, equipment, records, sensitive forms, etc. Train Shipping/Receiving personnel to ensure a well-coordinated shipping and receiving process.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Accounting operations at all times and in all activities.
- Develop, maintain, and facilitate effective relationships, communication processes, and activities with all Gaming Services personnel and other internal and external customers.
- Inform supervisor of recommendations/ideas for improving all areas of this position.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and adhere to established quality, service, and legal standards.
- Coordinate the Shipping/Receiving Area to efficiently receive and ship products, manage inventory, and maintain equipment.
- Enter receivables and disbursements on computers for all areas.
- Deliver supplies to designated departments as requested.
- Maintain accurate files and records related to gaming.
- Retrieve information, records, files as requested from all business units within Gaming.
- Compose routine correspondence with vendors.
- Develop and conduct inventory and interpret retention and disposition schedules.
- Keep a running inventory of supplies and notify departments when reordering is needed.
- Report equipment issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain communication with Accounts Payable and Purchasing regarding supplies.
- Package orders for shipments and handle return shipments for repairs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and obtain a Wisconsin driver’s license within 30 days if out-of-state.
Standard Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse functions, safety procedures, transportation, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with office practices, equipment, and computers.
- Ability to handle heavy stock items and demonstrate excellent guest service.
- Forklift Certification required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (exempt for applicants 50+).
- One year experience in warehousing or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Frequent walking, sitting, standing.
- Work environment may include smoke, noise, or dust.
- TB screening or skin test required within 30 days of employment, annually thereafter.
