Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle shipping and receiving tasks, utilizing RF guns and a WMS to accurately move products from staging to racks and dock areas. The role requires operating electric lifts and other material handling equipment, lifting heavy items, and maintaining safety standards.

Flexibility for weekend shifts and the ability to work independently are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass lift assessment with push/pull requirement of 250 lbs.
• Operate electric lift, forklift and tugger.
• Experience using RF guns and product scanning.
• Knowledge of WMS systems and RF processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick up product from Staging Area and offload onto Rack Shelving, Floor locations, or Stack Racks.
• Scan merchandise using RF gun during placement.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; follow safety programs.
• Comply with safety programs while operating material handling equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
