Job summary

Porsche Tacoma is part of the Larson Automotive Group and is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Parts Associate to join the Parts Department in Tacoma.

In this role you will handle incoming/outgoing parts, organize inventory, and coordinate with technicians and departments to ensure parts availability. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming automotive parts shipments.
• Verify shipments against invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts.
• Organize, label, stock, and maintain parts inventory.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing parts orders and returns.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage area.
• Follow dealership procedures for inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist the Parts Department with additional duties as needed.
