Job summary

Advics Manufacturing Ohio is seeking an Operator to load, unload, and move materials for production and non-production needs. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift, verifying records, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will perform 5S, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient material handling in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse procedures, reading instructions, and basic math is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and use basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move production and non-production materials.
• Verify shipment information against bills/invoices and records.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and proper quantities.
• Operate stand-up forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain 5S and inventory accuracy; assist continuous improvement.
• Follow FIFO methods and use inventory systems.
• Work with team to support production lines and material flow.
