Job summary

The Mitsubishi Chemical America ALPOLIC Division is seeking a dedicated Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing (SRW) Operator to join our day-shift logistics team. This full-time position operates on a 12-hour schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM, following a biweekly rotation with four days one week and three days the next, plus every other weekend with a three-day weekend off.

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with progression through the Pay-for-Skills program.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping/receiving and warehousing operations.
• Ability to operate in a 12-hour shift with rotating days.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate shipping, receiving and warehousing tasks on day shift.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely loading, unloading and storage.
