Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks using a forklift.

• Use a hoist for unloading steel trucks.
• Data entry of purchase orders and labeling.
• Sort and record scrap materials for pickup.
• Stack pallets in designated areas and maintain outside pallet area.
• Follow Lou-Rich ISO policies and forklift safety guidelines.

Position Description

Scan, move and pick materials, supplies and finished goods for multiple departments within the facility.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the unloading and loading of trucks, vans, flatbeds, using a forklift.
• Handling of material and product within the shipping and receiving area and throughout the manufacturing departments as required.
• Efficient and accurate picking of finished parts to prepare for shipments
• Use a hoist to unload steel trucks
• Data entry of purchase orders – labeling product accurately
• Sort and record scrap materials preparing it for pick up
• Stack skids/ pallets in designated areas. Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping and place in proper containers or designated areas. Help organize and maintain outside pallet area.
• Work with established Lou‑Rich Inc. ISO policies and procedures (will train).
• Follows safety guidelines for forklift operation
