Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is hiring a 3rd Shift Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate for a client in the East Metro. This full-time overnight position is responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Join a two-person team for a night shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00 AM-8:30 AM) with pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour DOE and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, STD and life insurance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse/shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to work overnight and maintain accuracy.
• Able to lift and move warehouse materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a 2-person team to manage orders.
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, stage, and ship orders.
• Process shipments using shipping software.
• Prepare Bills of Lading for first shift.
• Receive POs and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Unload containers and process backorders.
• Monitor inventory alerts and stock bins.
• Assist with warehouse projects and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

3rd Shift Shipping Receiving Warehouse Associate

Location: East Metro, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 AM-8:30 AM

Pay: $20+/hr. DOE

Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is hiring a 3rd Shift Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate for a client in the East Metro. This full-time overnight position is responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2-person team to manage and prioritize orders.
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, stage, and ship small parcel and LTL orders.
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Prepare and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) for first shift.
• Receive Purchase Orders and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Unload containers, process backorders, and pick, pack, and stage products.
• Monitor inventory Alerts in Apprise and stock primary pick bins.
• Assist with warehouse projects and Work Orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including sweeping, recycling, trash removal, and floor scrubbing.

Qualifications

• Fork Lift Operation experience preferred
• Previous Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Or Inventory Experience Preferred.
• Experience with shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials.
