Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager for IMC Outdoor Living, a Liberty Tire Recycling company, in Mosinee, Wisconsin. The role leads shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time shipments and inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution, with strong leadership, organization, and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience working with shipping documentation and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shipping and receiving team members.
• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Manage finished goods and component inventory levels.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, transportation documentation, and inventory records.
• Evaluate logistics providers and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate key developments, challenges, and opportunities to management.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies.
