The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator owns the physical and documentary flow of material through the Broussard facility — inbound and outbound.
On the inbound side, this role makes sure every shipment is received accurately, inspected against purchase order and quality requirements, recorded in the inventory system, and stored in the right location. This position serves as the first line of defense against wrong, damaged, or nonconforming material entering the facility.
On the outbound side, the role assists with product orders from entry through delivery and prepares the packing lists, commercial invoices, and export documentation required to move OSP tools and spares to domestic and international locations.
