The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong communication, with on-site responsibilities and collaboration across finishing, coating, and shipping teams. A forklift license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; 3+ years in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Good organizational and customer service abilities.
• Comfort with computers and programs (Oracle, Telnet, OTM, Google Docs, Lotus Notes).
• Must adhere to safety practices and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Move material among raw, WIP, Finished, Shipping, Receiving and manufacturing areas.
• Unload/load trucks and tankers; verify materials with documents.
• Record material movements in Inventory Management System.
• Support inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and inventories.
• Coordinate loading to meet dispatch cut times and communicate with teams.
