Job summary

Covercraft Industries LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead for the first shift in Landrum, SC. This full-time role manages order processing, palletizing, and carrier shipment via UPS/FedEx, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.

Lead and train team members, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve problems. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification and shipping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process single and warehouse orders via computer systems.
• Palletize and shrink wrap orders for shipment.
• Ship via UPS, FedEx, etc., using computer systems.
• Fold/roll product for boxing.
• Inspect and unload sewn products and returns.
• Pull stock for shipment.
• Prepare hardware packs, poles, tops, frames and accessories for shipment.
• Maintain quality assurance standards.
• Communicate with Supervisor/Manager for problem solving.
• Housekeeping of all areas.
