Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lead Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associate to oversee shipping, receiving, loading, and inventory activities at the Mount Pleasant, IA facility. You will lead a team, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with production, transportation providers, and leadership.

The role requires advanced knowledge of shipping and inventory processes, strong leadership and training skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory control processes.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, loading, and warehouse activities to meet customer delivery requirements and production schedules.
• Assign and prioritize workload among department team members.
• Provide training, coaching, and on‑the‑job instruction for new and existing employees.
