Job summary

Reality Interactive LLC in Middletown, CT is seeking a Shipping & Receiving / IT Hardware Technician for a 9am–6pm, in-person role. Salary range is $38k–$43k with responsibilities including building, shipping and receiving technology components, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position requires familiarity with MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and a preference for a college degree. Fishbowl experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing instructions to build, assemble, package and ship various technology components including PCs, switches, media player devices, interactive kiosks and more.
• Learn inventory tracking software and follow documented processes for shipping and receiving. Experience with Fishbowl a plus.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free working environment including delivery distribution and packaging breakdown (and disposal).
• Ensure demo hardware is in good working order and coordinate with development and/or creative team members for support as needed.
• Have good interpersonal skills to work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Operational Support.
• Produce various reports as needed.
• Review reports and follow up internally and with partner vendors on open items to ensure completion.
• Facilitate and assist incoming deliveries via FedEx/UPS and Freight Shipments.
• Process logistic claims as needed.
• Additional job duties as assigned.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
• Prepare mailing labels and shipping documents.

We are looking for a team member to join the Manufacturing department.

Shift Details: 9am – 6pm, In Person: Middletown, CT

Salary: $38k - $43k
