Walters & Wolf Interiors in Fremont, CA seeks a Shipping & Receiving Hardware Clerk to manage hardware shipments and inventory, using a forklift and MS Office tools. This role supports LEAN operations in a multi-state construction company with a strong team culture.

Candidates should have proven shipping/receiving experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Forklift experience is highly preferred.
• Basic computer literacy with MS Office suite.

Mansioni

• Manage all incoming and outgoing hardware shipments.
• Verify delivery manifests and inspect received goods for accuracy.
• Organize inventory and load/unload materials using a forklift.
• Maintain logs using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Drive daily warehouse operations with a sense of urgency.
