Veritiv Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to receive, store and distribute materials within a non-climate-controlled warehouse. You will read orders, inspect equipment, process paperwork and move goods to designated areas.

Responsibilities include loading, counting, labeling, and maintaining inventory records while adhering to safety standards. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Forklift certified a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Read customer orders and determine items to move or distribute.
• Inspect forklift equipment and supplies (tires, lights, brakes, fuel).
• Process clear and accurate paperwork.
• Convey materials to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort items on racks by size, type, style, or product code.
• Fill requisitions and time-sensitive requests.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets and coordinate with shipping.
• Count items to ensure conformance to standards and record inventory.
• Record materials received or distributed; may enter data into a computer.
