The coordinator will check trucks in/out, assign dock doors, verify documentation, coordinate inbound/outbound loads, and support inventory accuracy with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify shipping/receiving documents and coordinate with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and update required reports.
