Sends, inspects, and records outgoing products. Works with the Distribution Center (DC) to load packages and verify their contents match the orders. Trains other team members in shipping procedures. May ship to locations outside the US contiguous border.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare and send shipments, creating necessary paperwork for outgoing deliveries.
• Inspect shipments to ensure they are damage-free.
• Send shipments outside the US contiguous border (preferred experience).
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Label shipments prior to loading.
• Train new teammates in shipping procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of experience in a shipping department.
• At least 2 years of experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience with international shipping preferred.
• Strong math, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Work environment includes all areas of a Distribution Center, Transportation Department, or Shop.
• May require working in temperature extremes and exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and noise, often in close proximity to others.
