The incumbent will work with the Planning and Production teams to gather necessary information to schedule shipments and process transactions in SAP EWM system. Pay will range from $57000 - $62000 annually. Benefits will begin the first of the month following hire date.

Job Overview

A Day In The Life

• Schedule shipments and ensure that products are shipped on time and in excellent condition.
• Coordinate the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of material.
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents, like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as legal regulations and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping or transportation.
• Prepare regular reports on shipping activities, inventory levels, and transportation costs for upper management.
• Utilize SAP EWM software for managing shipments and tracking inventory.
