Job summary

Red Dot Buildings in Athens, TX is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage the movement of materials in and out of the facility. You will coordinate inbound/outbound truck traffic, maintain shipping docs, and communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery for projects across Texas and nearby states.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving or related environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple shipments, schedules and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound truck traffic.
Maintain shipping schedules and documentation.
Communicate with carriers and internal departments to support on-time delivery.
Review driver paperwork and shipping documents for completeness.
Investigate and resolve shipping concerns, including lost/damaged materials.
Coordinate with Receiving and Loading Managers to track inbound/outbound activities.
