Position Overview And Purpose
This role verifies and keeps records on incoming and/or outgoing items.

Essential Functions And Basic Duties

1. Check bills of lading for accuracy.
2. Coordinate shipping and/or receiving operations with Warehouse Lead.
3. Fill in shipping and/or receiving tally documents.
4. Organize mail slots with proper paperwork.
5. Schedule shipping and/or receiving appointments.
6. Fold lot stickers as they print for receiving as necessary.
7. Apply lot stickers to both front and back of received pallets as necessary.
8. Execute all safety procedures and standards regarding the storage and receipt of goods.
9. Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, legible writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
