The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports the daily shipping and receiving operations for the LTL department, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, order entry, receiving, and shipping activities. This role ensures customer cargo is received and shipped safely, promptly, and accurately while maintaining proper documentation, appointment schedules, inventory information, and shipment statuses.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers, carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams.
We are seeking a dependable and organized logistics professional who can coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.

This position works primarily in an indoor office environment with some exposure to airborne particles, odors, and fumes. The role routinely uses computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing systems, and other standard office equipment.
The position requires frequent communication by phone and email and regular use of computers, calculators, and written documentation. Employees may frequently sit, stand, walk, and lift for extended periods and may occasionally need to lift up to 25 pounds.
