Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator supports the Shipping and Receiving Team by coordinating activities and creating shipping documentation for external customers or other facilities. Responsibilities include confirming delivery completion in the business system, coordinating outbound freight, auditing export shipments, and adhering to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Verifies and maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Creates shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipments.
  • Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Coordinates outbound freight and audits export shipments.
  • Confirms delivery completion in the business system.
  • Communicates with other functions regarding traffic, logistics, and contract administration.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Requires regular, punctual attendance; may include nights, weekends, and variable hours as necessary.
Job Specifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant education and experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
