Job summary

Solidify Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Rogers, MN. The role oversees shipping and receiving to ensure efficient, safe, and timely deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with Planning and Customer Service.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, handling packing slips, maintaining Epicor-based inventory, forklift operation, and coordinating with multiple departments to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, to include Excel and Word.
• Prior Shipping/Receiving experience.
• Experience in using an assortment of shipping software programs.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and ships all products to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
• Prints packing slips and pre-ship audits (PSA) for inclusion with outgoing shipments and packages outgoing shipments for safe delivery and per process.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and verification of inventory to Epicor or other systems.
• Maintains and organizes inventory of shipping materials and supplies, operates forklift or other equipment to move product to proper storage area or location of use.
• Inspect and receives inbound shipments, verify count of incoming materials with packing list, rejecting damaged items, recording discrepancies on the packing list.
• Communicates with Planning, Customer Service, Department Supervisors and Project managers to coordinate shipping activities per Process.
• Runs shipping pick list and reports out daily shipments through e-mail or smart sheet to support on time delivery (OTD).

Job Summary:

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Oversees and coordinates the shipping and receiving activities to make the most efficient, safe and timely product deliveries.

Essential Functions:

• Schedules and ships all products to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
• Prints packing slips and pre-ship audits (PSA) for inclusion with outgoing shipments and packages outgoing shipments for safe delivery and as requested by customer per specified delivery instructions and per process.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and verification of inventory to Epicor or other systems. Adjusts quantities to keep inventory correct.
• Maintains and organizes inventory of shipping materials and supplies, operates forklift or other equipment to move product to proper storage area or location of use.
