Acutronic is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall accuracy and control of shipping of final product and receiving of incoming goods, as well as kitting project specific components. This position is also responsible for the physical and electronic organization of the related documentation.Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, utilizing ERP systems.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Your Roles/Responsibilities:

• Verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Creates shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and address labels
• Complies will all requirements for international shipments, including auditing all exports
• Coordinates with outbound freight carriers
• Communications with other functions regarding logistic coordination
• Maintain data integrity within ERP system
• Pull inventory against project BOM’s and prepare kits
• Execute proper receiving transactions, including maintaining lot traceability on all required components
• Participate in cycle count inventory
• Prepare products for shipment
• Communicate tracking information and associated documentation to customers
• Ensure packaging and shipping of product complies with customer and compliance requirements
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area

Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:

• At least one yearof experience shipping and receivingutilizing ERP systems.
