Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Tyngsborough, MA is looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and production operations. Work with incoming and outgoing materials in a fast-paced environment. Pay is USD22-26 per hour on first shift, with a temp-to-hire path.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, verifying packing slips, processing inventory transactions, and coordinating shipments via UPS/FedEx. Forklift experience and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience; operation permitted upon permanent hire.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and related documentation.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify packing slips against purchase orders.
• Accurately process and document inventory transactions.
• Prepare, package, and document outbound shipments.
• Coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
