Responsibilities

• Cross-train in Receiver, Shipper, Inventory Control to provide backup support.
• Handle complex order fulfillment, including customized orders or specialized packaging.
• Conduct in-depth inventory audits and evaluate inbound performance with Procurement.
• Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to anticipate stock needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Process returns and analyze KPI results for on-time delivery and reporting.
