Job summary

SRC Technologies Group, headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, seeks an employee-owner warehouse associate to manage shipping and receiving duties and maintain accurate shipment records.

You will unpack and inspect incoming shipments, route items, reject damaged goods, and coordinate with shippers to resolve shortages, while operating a forklift and adhering to safety standards.

What you will do

As an employee-owner you will report to Warehouse Supervisor. You will be in charge of performing shipping and receiving duties. Responsible for verifying and keeping accurate records on shipments (incoming and outgoing). Daily you will unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with Group Lead to rectify damages and shortages.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Attention to detail is key
• Verify and keep accurate records on shipments (incoming and outgoing).
• Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Operate a fork truck to lift/move or hoist receiving materials from the receiving area to storage or work area.
• Stock shelves using FIFO methodology
• Count incoming parts accurately.
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
• Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Work attendance must be exemplary.

• Operator is responsible for all area housekeeping.
• Ability to effectively perform similar positions on the floor at any point in time.
