Job summary

SRC Technologies Group in Springfield, MO is hiring an Alternator Disassembler for a full-time role. You will remove component parts for testing and cleaning, and perform minor machine set-ups and general maintenance using hand tools and machines.

The position emphasizes physical effort, accuracy in quality decisions, and strict housekeeping. Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with possible Friday overtime and a culture of ownership in a 100% employee-owned company.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will remove component parts for testing and cleaning. This position involves intense physical activity, and use of several hand tools and machines. Operators also perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.

------ We work Monday thru Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm ------
